My go-to recipe for Hummus which is perfect for dips and entertaining.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste for seasoning and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. You might also want to add more yoghurt and/or lemon juice, to taste.
