WHAT TYPE OF CHICKEN TO USE
For this recipe, I like to use boneless chicken thigh fillets with the skin. The skin crisps up during frying, adding extra crunch and texture. But you can also use chicken breast.
OVEN & STOVE TEMPERATURES
